Youth Survey, 2024: This survey is being distributed to youth who have participated in a summer before or after-school program this year to help us learn more about their experiences in the program, and how this experience may have shaped their educational outcomes as a result. Questions are also asked to demonstrate how supported and cared for the youth feels by the adults who are leading the before/after-school programming. 

Adult Survey, 2024: This survey is being distributed to adults who know youth at school who have participated in a summer before or after-school program this year to help us learn more how this experience may have shaped their educational outcomes as a result. School adults (i.e., teacher, mentor, counselor, etc.) are asked to evaluate each student's academic behaviors and social-emotional development.

Family Survey, 2024: This survey is being distributed to parents who have children who have participated in a summer before or after-school program this year to help us learn more about their child’s experiences in the program, and how this experience may have shaped their educational outcomes as a result. We’re also interested in parents’ satisfaction with the program, as well as whether or not they believe their child enjoys attending the program.
