Tribal Early Childhood Research Council

The Tribal Early Childhood Research Center (TRC) is a collaborative effort between the University of Colorado, Michigan State University, and Johns Hopkins University funded by the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation within the Administration for Children and Families to address the unique research needs of American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) Head Start and Early Head Start, Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV), and Child Care programs. The TRC is comprised of a broad network of independent community partners and researchers working collaboratively to address research, practice, and policy issues relevant for the healthy development of young AI/AN children.
